Steps Towards being that Teacher

As a third-year student who came from an online mode of learning and hasn’t experienced actual face-to-face teaching in the Philippines, I had a hard time trying to make sure that my lesson delivery was efficient, meaningful, and effective. However, with the consistent guidance of my mentors, Kru Dee, and Kru Phet, I was able to adapt quickly as I navigated my classroom management during the first week of the program. As the day progressed, the routines and practices were gradually becoming more familiar to me. I find it easier to connect with my students, prepare my instructional materials, and even make the classroom setup more engaging and light.
Time Management and Activities
Having Fun with my Lovely Students

Since the first day I met my coordinating teacher, he has consistently underscored the significance of respecting co-teachers' time. This has never posed a challenge for me, as I diligently organize the time allocated for energizer activities, discussions, and collaboration, all of which are meticulously prepared in advance. This made me appreciate more the respect that radiates as meet teachers in the hallways
Classroom Management
Moments with the Precious Jewels
Satit UDRU students are the sweetest and most responsible. In terms of classroom management, there were just a few minor adjustments required, such as arranging the chairs properly and ensuring a tidy environment by picking up trash before class. His conscientious approach significantly contributes to the positive atmosphere in the classroom. I am grateful for the cooperative nature and responsible behavior of my students that made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable

Problem Solving
Thorns at the Garden

To teach in a foreign country with different curriculum, and even contradicting norms is quiet hard but proper communication solved every problems and removed every thorns I was able to encounter. Constant and meaningful connection with the coordinators and even my students made my teaching journey swift. In terms of classroom management, body language and utilization of classroom instructional materials played a crucial role in ensuring that my students mastered the topics before I proceed with the next lesson.
